Admittedly, if you're an experienced traveler, with no bags to check, getting in and out of this place is fairly simple. However, to be so ill-prepared at the end of December and have to wait 60 minutes on the runway for a de-icing truck is pretty inexcusable. "Psssst... it gets cold in NH in the winter..." If there were multiple planes and flights to de-Ice, this would be understandable but alas there is one terminal, one plane and one flight.
