I got paid by check it cost me $7 to cash it. Since I dont have a account there. Rip off!
I wanted to thank you for your help guiding me through and eventually creating an account for my homeowners association. After the long winter we had this year, we had a lot of damage the insurance company had issued a check, but it was to the homeowners association, for which we had never created and account. After some quick maneuvering to get the paperwork done, we were able to pay the contractors for their work, out of a new account created at TD Bank, thanks to you.

My experience was not very good. Unfortunately, there is nothing TD Bank can do to stop service-charging my deceased step son's account. Not only will they deplete the savings account, but will then proceed to charge his checking account until all funds are gone. Not looking to get anything done but stop the service charges, but they won't since the "account owner" isn't asking them to. Why is it so hard to just do the right thing? Come on, folks.
