Awesome experience! Had trouble getting a Trek 520 to fit. Colonial went above and beyond in assisting and persevering to get it right! Special shout out to Billy who's fitting as well as mechanical expertise made it happen. Billy was simple outstanding in guiding me through a knowledgeable fit process and as I result I now fit perfectly on my new bike. Also shout out to Pete and Sam! Great folks. Low quality customer service...very cold personalities when you go into the store. Not friendly towards beginners. It would be nice if this store was a bit more welcoming and warm to its customers.
