Great PLACE to buy a car
My experience over at Portsmouth Key Auto left me really impressed! I worked with Matty V there and I got to say: He is not your typical sales person. He was great & really seemed like he cares more about his customers than making a sale. He really makes sure he sticks within what you can afford by working backwards with you & doesn't put you in a car to later get your hopes up. Management also works hard making sure you get the best deal possible with interest rates as well! If you have your heart set on a vehicle that isn't on their lot, they will go out of their way to their other affiliated locations and bring the vehicle you like to you. Portsmouth Key Auto have a great team over there in which they really take care of their customers. You won't regret going there yourselves!

Not at all happy!! I purchased a Used Challenger and They had me purchase an extended contract which I had never used. I sold the car and
called the Finance Manager as I was due a Refund and they never called me back. I called several times and someone told me to get a copy of the Bill of sale and photos of the Mileage which I did and Emailed to the Dealer and again never heard back. No problem as it was not a lot of money but I will never go there again!!
