Used to be amazing when Art owned this place and Kevin did the detailing. "Kids" took over and not the same. Won't go here again
Went there to wash my car. Paid $10 cash. After I went through the wash, there was still come salt on the car. I went around to ask them to wash it again as most car washes do if the car doesn't get cleaned the first time. The manager or owner came out all angry and told me "don't come back, ever". This place is horribly run and there is zero customer service. Who does that? "don't come back" to their customers. Any one with business sense would say, "I'm sorry sir, let us wash it again for you". There are three car washes on the same road. I would us the other two, not this one. There's certainly nothing to ENVI about this business.
The free vacuums are kind of all this place has to offer. The car wash itself is overpriced for what you get. The dryers never get your car dry and the rinse, although advertised as 'spot free', always leaves spots.
Absolute best car wash I've ever been to!! Customer service was great. I got a full detail and buff and shine, the smoothness and shine stayed on my car for 8 months. Amazing job these guys did.
