Andrea is a Secretary in the family court division. She said she was unable to assist me because she had a work related phone call. Upon listening to said phone call, she was trying to book a photo booth for a family event. Thanks a lot Andrea, appreciate your dedication to the city.
Made me show up in a dangerous snow storm, then preceded to be an hour late for court. Show some freaking common courtesy.
