Was charged 6 weeks ago for furniture I was never going to receive.. no phone calls were ever made to me updating my status. I had to make every call. Rather then the store being honest with me and telling me the dilemma. So I asked for another piece of clearance - damaged furniture in its place -(20.00) the owner/manger refused my request. So I asked for a refund- she placed my refund back on my debit card and it did not clear for another week. So sad because I'm local and I use to buy all my furniture there. Never again- I've spent thousands of dollars in this store- to make me happy and to make it right it would have taken 20 dollars- what happened to customer service?
Stuff is friendly and helpful, privately owned and not 1 million locations so great for buying locally and the selection of home furnishings is unique as well as the children's toys. Would definitely be a regular pick for unique and interesting items for my home!

APRIL KEENE ...Sounds like you paid with your debit card so of coarse your refund would go back on it. Its your banks fault about the delay not the store ! WAKE UP!
