The haircut and style I received at Water Stone was, by far, the best haircut I have ever had! I met with Meg (who will be doing my hair for my wedding), and she was very knowledgeable and personable; she knew exactly the right questions to ask and gave me a cut perfect for my face and hair structure. I have never had my hair professionally styled (I usually go to Supercuts), but I will definitely be going back to Water Stone!!

I was recently at Water Stone to get a Brazilian Blowout, a service I had seen last year in California, and in magazines. I found Water Stone on the Brazilian Blowout website. I was nervous about investing in this service, but after speaking to Jennifer she made me feel completely comfortable. Her knowledge about the service and hair in general was impressive. Upon instruction from Jennifer, I had my hair cut and colored prior to the service. I went to my regular stylist, but not thrilled with the results. Jennifer managed to rectify my haircut and color as well as healthy, smooth, INCREDIBLY SHINY hair from the Brazilian. From now on I will see Jennifer for all my hair services. The salon is beautiful, they have hair/skin nail services; and the staff are as professional and talented as I have seen. Overall, a great suprise to find a perfect salon in Portsmouth.
