I had my wool coat dry cleaned here and was extremely disappointed by the condition I got it back in. It was linty and even worse, it was considerably more worn out looking. It was rough-feeling with the texture of the surface appearing damaged and abused. They took my brand new coat and made it look over a year old. I definitely do not recommend their dry cleaning service here.
