Horrible. Waited 30 mins nobody was in there when i got there. My husband went outside to add more time to our parking spot and saw the girl outside smoking a cigarette, people who got there after me got called up before me. Very annoyed with this. And i see alot of complaints i think its time you fix the problems. Never again will i go to portsmouth social security office they are terrible.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Held for 30 mins. Hung up in less than 15 secs. Didn't have the chance to respond. I give only 1 star because it is required.
