The room was immaculate. Wes at the counter helped us get in really late and was super helpful. Gorgeous view from our room too. Loved it here. It's the perfect location for a night on the town. We got drinks and finished off next door at Gas Light. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient.
My family stays at this hotel every year usually more then once. We absolutely love how convenient it is to all the stores and restaurants. This year we came to celebrate my birthday (Oct 25) on Halloween for the Portsmouth parade. We stayed 1 night but it was worth a review. My room was huge, with a beautiful view and at the end of the hallway #502. My main reason for this review is because Nate was extremely patient with me meeting all my requests regarding the room. Even after I was back in CT I had issues with the hold on my card and he was easy to contact and took care of it right away. Thanks Nate & Kyle for a great stay!
Great location. Love the surrounding businesses, entertainment and community. The staff was accommodating and allowed for early check-in and late check-out. Only concern is the quality of the room. Carpet had huge red stain.... Seemed very pedestrian for cost and location.
Nice room,easy access to nearly everything in town. Parking across the street or valet. Good experience all around.
Great location, but geez there are several others next door that are better. Clean room and a view. Hard to check in as entrance is really an old alleyway. No breakfast included despite website advertising, only to find out it's for the more preferred guests.. whatever. Parking is off-street, which is pricey in an already hard to park location, unless you want to pay for a garage that isn't cheap and is 24 hrs, or hwy robbery prices for valet. One plus, got comped for a soda from the bar....woohoo. stayed here for the points, but will look elsewhere next time.
