Just spoke with someone on the phone who was very rude when I was trying to get information about renting a storage unit. After he answered the phone and several of my questions with very abrupt answers he said they were closed. When I said I thought they were open on Friday based on the hours they posted on their web site he said nope and he couldn't help me. "It's a holiday". Today is not a holiday. If this is how this company treats potential customers I wonder how they treat renters. No thank you.
I love this place!!! It is in a great location and family owned. The owners have been fantastic to me and I have rented with them for three years now. All the other storage places I have been with are not as friendly and accommodating. Always responsive to any requests or questions that I have. A very secure, locked facility with security cameras. Reasonable rates for Portsmouth. Polite and friendly atmosphere.
