I recently used Liberty Bell Moving to help me move from one condo to another in the downtown Portland area. The job was slightly larger than the movers had anticipated, but they were very accommodating. The two guys that came to help were friendly and easy to work with. They were skilled at moving difficult items such as a treadmill which needed to be partially taken apart. None of my belongings were damaged during the move and I did not feel the need to remind them to be careful with anything. My move went smoothly and without any problems. During my last move I used a different moving company and the movers who came were in a bad mood throughout the move and it was not pleasant experience. I am glad I called Liberty Bell and would definitely use this company again.
I had such a great experience moving with Liberty Bell. My time frame for arrival was between 1 and 5, and they showed up at 1:00. I was very pleased because that meant that my move would be done before I thought. We only had about 6 or 7 pieces of furniture for them to move, but the two men that showed up had them out of our old place and into our new place in a little under an hour. And they were very professional. I would use them again, and highly recommend them for your move.
I would highly recommend Liberty Bell Moving and Storage for both the moving and the storage pieces. I have used LB for the last 3 times that I have moved. Each and every time, they have been prompt, efficient, and courteous. This last move, I had used their storage facility as well. I stored furniture and other items for almost 2 years. LB was always accommodating and willing to assist if I needed to add or subtract and item or two. Don't go with anyone else!

The movers themselves, Bill and crew, were prompt, worked hard, and remained upbeat and cheerful throughout the day. They conducted themselves professionally, used clean language (important to us with our young child under foot), and were very polite.
