Scheduled two rentals for 9am and the owner was not there. Called to confirm and he was not aware of the reservation. Payment had been made over a week prior. Asked to meet us at the business - this was an hour after our reservation. Did not provide safety equipment or proper instruction. Very dissatisfied. Would not recommend.
