Excellent customer service. They worked with me to find just the right fitting shoe. Even after I brought sneakers home and ran in them, they exchanged for a different pair that felt better. Had a pair of running sneakers with a defect (sole started separating after a few runs) they replaced without any hassle. Great group of knowledgeable people!

Right when I walked in the door I was met with warm welcome, was lent a nice pair of clean socks, and started trying on shoes. Kind staff had me run to and fro with different shoes and we arrived at a match after about 4-5 options. Great system in place here for finding the ideal shoe. You won't know how good it feels until you've found your match, and a good shoe is a worthwhile investment if you care at all about your feet, which you should for all the time you spend on them.
