I bought a Kate Spade purse at the store which broke on the 4th day I used it. I brought is back to the store with the tags and receipt. The store would not refund my money (I didn't want a replacement as the bag was clearly not made well). Instead, I was offered a store credit MINUS 10% because the purse had been used. I am a frequent shopper of small local businesses but this story will not get any more of my money.
