Good restaurant, good service, food could be better.
I always go to the location in Portsmouth but have also been to the Seabrook and Dover locations and I've never had any of the problems. Food is always prepared to my liking and tastes delicious.
Servers have never been a problem. Bathrooms are clean. Sorry to hear about the one-star reviews and some people have had but I've been coming here for quite some time and everything has been great!
They sat us on the bar side of restaurant and the tvs were too loud with the game on now that the walls are down.
Had a great experience at my visit to 99 ,our waitresses was friendly and prompt. The food was great and priced well.Thank You will definitely be back.
